Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Healing Session Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 2-24 hours before the session receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
Technical Issues
If technical issues prevent a session from occurring and cannot be resolved within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund or session rescheduling at no additional cost.
Healer Cancellations
If a healer cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
Session Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review your concerns and may offer a partial refund or complimentary session with a different healer.
Product Refunds
Physical Products
Physical products (crystals, books, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Digital Products
Digital products (e-books, guided meditations, etc.) are generally non-refundable once downloaded, unless there is a technical issue preventing access. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical difficulties.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
Subscription Products
Subscription-based products can be cancelled at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of subscription access.

Charitable donations made through our platform are non-refundable as they are immediately distributed to the intended recipients.
